This policy explains how 10 Million First Names handles personal data for digital name spots and the website.

Data We Collect

We may collect submitted first names, buyer email, country, payment status, order metadata, and basic technical logs.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

Database and Hosting

Order and wall data may be stored in Supabase. The website may be hosted on Vercel.

Email

If configured, Resend may be used to send confirmation emails.

Analytics

Analytics may be added later to understand traffic and improve the service. Add the specific provider before launch.

Public Display

Only submitted first names are shown on individual public wall cells. Buyer email and country are not displayed on those cells. Country may be used for aggregate counts.

GDPR Rights

EU users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, subject to legal limits.
