Digital name spots are created after payment confirmation from Stripe.

Digital Service

Because the service is digital and may start shortly after payment confirmation, refunds may be limited once the name spot has been created or displayed.

Invalid Names

If a submitted name breaks the rules, it may be rejected, hidden, or removed. Contact us if you believe this happened in error.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply under law.
